SCO–Novell licensing Dispute Nearing Conclusion

A long standing dispute between Novell Inc. and Lindon-based SCO, about Unix licensing fees, is reaching its climax. Both sides are waiting to hear how much in royalty payments U.S. District Judge Dale Kimball will order SCO to pay Novell.
